But see you are not leaving AT&T now, you are leaving T-Mobile.
There are a number of att customers who find the service mediocre at best, but are willing to put up with it, verizon may be better. Still others didn't know att would be that bad but where stuck into contracts, and it worked well enough to justify waiting and not paying the termination fee. Furthermore, there are plenty of people who have no problems with att, but media hype and aggressive advertising has convinced them they do have a problem, so they will switch. I'm sticking with ATT, it has worked great for years and years for me.

I'm a 3D Artist and while waiting for a render to finish I made this for fun... If anyone wants me to make another one or one with your logo in it let me know! I have time to kill this weekend while I render.
http://www.tjunkers.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/04/Wallpaper.jpg
Enjoy!
What kind of objects/scenes do you render, if i may ask? I am only a hobbyist and interested in virtual reality.

I have only been folding with my GPUs since folding the CPU puts off way too much heat. Im hoping to have my air conditioning hooked up soon, it's all free since I work in the sheet metal/hvac trade :p
Hmm... I would have guessed that GPUs (not to mention 4:eek:;)) put off a lot more heat and power usage than a CPU at 100%.

But what if torturing a person who is involved in the plans of a terrorist attack could prevent thousands of deaths?
Torturing would never be a good action, but it is like killing someone to defend yourself, killing is bad, but the result of killing saved your life.
In the case of torture, it is the government defending its people (country). If it can be avoided better, but I would rather authorize torture instead of letting attacks happen.
EDIT: As with everything, every single case needs to be analyzed separately.
The type of country which is willing to torture people will always inspire more violence against them. You might save 100 lives today and lose 10,000 lives the next year because of that behavior.
The ends don't justify the means torture is wrong period.
Would you support forcible medical testing on people if that forcible testing might save hundreds of thousands of lives in the future?

Stick around. There's cooler stuff on the way ;)
I expect this is the first application and I bet they will release a calandar application when Leopard is released next year. It seems that .Mac will get the old versions of iLife. If you look at the other .Mac offerings that will have to be updated it isn't much of a stretch to see them integrate the iWeb and iWork suite. This is obviously Apple's answer to Google G-whatever and Microsoft's Live service.
If .Mac offered a full suite of applications at some point, is it beyond the realm of possibility that Apple could sell a low cost terminal computer? Or maybe a future touch screen iPod that syncs up with .Mac service? Or even better, an iPod with a HDMI out dock that can plug into a monitor or HDTV, and with .Mac it's basically a glorified terminal computer. That would be so cool.

I have a question for those of you who get your wallpapers from wallbase. No matter what broswer or OS I use, and even though I am logged in, I still cannot get ANY wallbase pics to load. I click the thumbnail to view it big and it opens in a new tab, but it doesn't show anything.
Am I missing something?

WRONG! FCP is definitely not the industry standard. It gained a lot of traction in market share from Avid but has since regressed its gains over the last several years.A lot of people seem to be ditching FCP because of the bugs and moving back to Premier. I think the ability to work seamlessly between Adobe products is a big advantage as well.

When you first create a folder, iOS assigns a name. You can change it if you like. I have folders for Utilities, News, Entertainment, Bookmarks, Photography etc. After adding apps to a folder I put them in alphabetical order.

Yeah I had my computer shut down for the weekend but it's back up and running right now. I lost out on over 100K+ :(.
I might build another computer as I have a i7 920 laying around and maybe I can run another bigadv client. I'm also looking to purchase a home soon so I may be in a out a bit while I get re-situated into my new place. I also can't be spending too much on computer goodies :D
glad you are back up!
might as well put that 920 to use!
good luck with the home buy! i know how that can be! (i just bought one exactly 1 month ago!)
yeah i can't be spending too much either ;)

The ipods do not have enough individuality/functionality to do this, without changing the entire underlying scheme. (Generally they fix this in Itunes).
What they do is prevent unwitting individuals to participate easily in large scale piracy, but allow local piracy.
This tends to INCREASE sales, not DECREASE sales. Local piracy creates obligation and requires work. Both of these create demand for legal product interestingly enough. (Large scale piracy does nothing for demand, but DRM does not affect large scale piracy).
At anyrate, the apple system is well done, the movie folks should just take thier money, and I suppose complain loudly, but just take the money
